Enabling Development

IJP has secured 5 separate approvals for a major volume house builder enabling the site to be developed in response to market and economic conditions.

IJP were instructed to coordinate and submit the applications
and secure successful decisions with challenging timescales.
These applications included:

• Outline planning application
• Reserved matters submission
• s.73 variation of condition application
• Full application for an additional dwelling
• Non material amendment

All applications were approved within the clients required timescales and development is now proceeding on site.
