Hotel and Leisure Development

IJP has secured planning and listed building consent for a high-end hotel and leisure redevelopment of Thomas Hall in Exeter. The brief included the submission and negotiation of the necessary approvals in order to allow development to proceed.

The £12 million pound project was a joint venture between the University of Exeter and Leander Developments Limited and will result in a much needed high quality hotel and conference centre for the city.
